Hong Kong is the world’s most overworked city in which people always experience fatigue from work. If you often wake up feeling tired after a good night's sleep on holiday, you may be suffering from chronic fatigue.

When the body experiences chronic fatigue, it is a warning sign that you need more rest. The body is prone to fatigue if it is in a state of intense inflammation. If you have any of these symptoms, such as weight loss, unstable blood sugar, muscle wasting, lethargy, anorexia or anaemia, you should be checked as soon as possible. This is because when cancer cells grow rapidly and compete with normal cells for nutrients, the body becomes abnormally weak.
